About the course

This course is designed for anyone working in a catering, manufacturing or retail setting where food is prepared, cooked and handled. Assessment

The course involves a multiple choice exam paper leading to a L2 Award in Food Safety In Catering (QCF).

Entry requirements

There are no prerequisites for this qualification, however it is advise that learner have a minimum of Level 1 in English or Maths or equivalent.
