About this course:

The CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering has been developed to provide you with the knowledge and understanding and the skills required to operate safely within food handling environments. It is a particularly important qualification to hold if you are employed or wishing to be employed in the catering and hospitality sector.
