London South East Colleges’ Student Services team has been accredited with the Matrix Standard for its information, advice and guidance (IAG).
Our student hub, career hub, student experience team and progress coaches met targets across the four areas set out in national framework - Leadership & Management, Resource, Service Delivery and Continuous Quality Improvement.
The Matrix Standard enables organisations to assess and measure their IAG services, which ultimately support people with their career, learning, work and life goals.
