‘Mindfulness’ is the ability and inclination to be more in control of your emotional state; that is to say, those times when we easily feel anger, upset, fear or sadness.

Mindfulness shows you how to reduce and minimise and even remove these destructive feelings and put in place feelings of calmness, stability, and a sense of wellbeing.

Mindfulness teaches you how to be resourceful, confident and feel more ‘in charge of yourself’.

By the end of the course you will be able to access and experience inner strength and calmness while living your everyday life, applying unconscious techniques to cultivate and maintain calmness, confidence, courage and happiness.
