About the course
This course will give an introduction to the skills and knowledge required to work in the kitchen, restaurant, coffee shop and bar. This introduction to each area will give broad knowledge of the careers available within the industry allow you two experience them before deciding with career path to follow in the future.
What you will study
You will study awards in Culinary Skills, Barista training, bar work, cocktail making, basic restaurant service, food safety certificate and food allergies.
