During this popular course we cover the basic techniques and skills involved in cake making.

All students will work individually, preparing and making a variety of cakes to take home and share with friends and family.

This course is run over three weeks with three separate dates on:

  • 1 February 5.30 to 8.30pm
  • 8 February 5.30 to 8.30pm
  • 15 February 5.30 to 8.30pm
