There is nothing better than a fresh loaf of home baked bread, warm from the oven!

During this popular course we cover the basic techniques and skills involved in bread making.

All students will work individually, preparing and making a variety of breads to take home and share with friends and family.

This course is run over three weeks with three separate dates on:

  • 22 February 5.30 to 8.30pm
  • 1 March 5.30 to 8.30pm
  • 8 March 5.30 to 8.30pm
