16-year-old Charlie left school last summer and immediately enrolled on the Children’s Care, Learning and Development Level 2 Diploma course at our Bexley Campus. Within weeks of taking part in a work experience programme with the Little Dolphins Day Nursery, she has been invited to take up a full-time apprenticeship post starting after Easter.

Electrical installation apprentices, Mauro and Jack are gearing up for the final furlong of their Level 3 apprenticeships with two top London electrical services companies. By the summer, they will be fully qualified electrical engineers and ready to set off in their careers as professional contractors.

Having completed her level 2 Business Administration qualification with London South East Colleges last year, Mia, 17, is now well underway with her level 3 apprenticeship, boosted by the extra support and encouragement of her employer Gap Lighting.
