  • Art Mixed Media

    This course encourages experimentation with a range of materials and techniques, including collage, painting, and drawing. Learners will develop creativity, confidence, and personal style through practical projects. Learners will receive initial guidance to identify their skill level and creative interests. Ongoing feedback and support will help inform next steps, including progression to further art or creative courses. * Fees will be payable if you have already completed this course at the same level or if you are not eligible for government funding.

  • Ceramics Studio

    This open studio-style course allows learners to develop their ceramics skills at their own pace. You can explore handbuilding, wheelthrowing, and surface decoration techniques with tutor support. It is suitable for learners who want to build confidence, develop personal projects, and experiment creatively with clay.

  • ESOL Advanced

    This course is for learners with a strong level of English who want to refine their skills. You will focus on fluency, accuracy, and effective use of English in professional, academic, and social contexts. The course includes advanced speaking, writing, and comprehension tasks.

  • ESOL Beginners

    ESOL Elementary is lively interactive course which provides an amazing start to speaking English and also covers the language and grammar to cope with everyday situations that you will face. The course is aimed at those who have very little knowledge of the English language (below A1 Level) and it is suitable for students who have completed the ACL Complete Beginners or any other Entry 1 Level course. The sessions will take place once a week, every Wednesday. Please note that you will need to attend the sessions every week. * Fees will be payable if you have already completed this course at the same level or if you are not eligible for government funding.

  • ESOL Intermediate

    This course is for learners who can already communicate in English at a basic level. You will develop your skills further to speak more clearly and confidently in a range of situations. The course covers more complex grammar, longer conversations, and improved reading and writing skills for work and everyday life.

  • ESOL Upper Intermediate

    This course is designed for learners who are comfortable using English in most everyday situations. You will improve your fluency, accuracy, and confidence. The course focuses on more advanced grammar, extended conversations, and understanding a wider range of texts, helping you prepare for work, further study, or community engagement.

  • First Aid at Work

    A three day course to help people to deal with emergencies that may arise at work. It focuses on the basic principles of preserving life, preventing the condition from getting worse and promoting recovery for adults. * Fees will be payable if you have already completed this course at the same level or if you are not eligible for government funding.

  • Flower Arranging

    Join this very popular, mixed ability group and learn how to create a wide variety of flower arrangements for different occasions whether you are new to flower arranging or an 'old hand'. Your tutor will demonstrate new techniques and help you to develop your skills. * Fees will be payable if you have already completed this course at the same level or if you are not eligible for government funding.

  • Stained Glass

    Join us and explore different workshops during the year ranging from painting, sandblasting, fusing and slumping. Beginners will learn the necessary techniques to design their own abstract leaded panel. Returners will continue to develop their learnt skills and incorporate the workshops into personal projects. There is also an optional project designed termly into the scheme for those preferring to follow a specific project.

  • Stained Glass (Progression)

    The course outline is designed for people looking to further improve their skills at creating beautiful stained glass artwork. Throughout the term, there is also a series of workshops including sand-blasting, painting fusing and slumping which will be incorporated into the scheme as the learner progresses. * Fees will be payable if you have already completed this course at the same level or if you are not eligible for government funding.

  • Stained Glass Workshop

    This progression course is designed for learners who have previously attended a stained glass course and wish to continue developing their skills. You will work on more complex and independent projects, building confidence in both design and technique. The course supports ongoing development at your own pace, with guidance from the tutor. It is ideal for returning learners who want to continue their creative journey. Who is this for? Returning learners or those with prior experience.

  • Yoga

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting your journey, our classes are designed to meet you where you are and guide you towards more significant physical and mental wellbeing.
