Enrolment for September 2026 opens on Thursday, 20 August, and we'd love to see you there.

• What do I need to bring to enrol?

  So that we can complete your enrolment promptly, we will need to see all documentation requested to complete your enrolment, including:

  • Proof of qualifications (exam result slips or certificates), including English and maths.
  • Proof of identity, such as your passport, national identity card, birth certificate or driving licence.

   

  If you are aged 16 - 19, enrolling on a study programme, you will also need to bring: 

  • Your attendance record from your previous place of education. You can find this on a school report, through your school app, or by requesting it from your previous school.

   

  If applicable, proof of your immigration status:

  • Immigration status share code or Home Office letter which confirms your immigration status and the current end date of your status.
  • If you are a dependent of a family member, we will also need to see the sticker in your passport or a Home Office letter which states that you are a dependent of this person and proof of their immigration status.
  • If your permission has expired (or is due to expire soon) and you have applied for new permission, we will also need to see the Home Office letter/email confirming that you have submitted an application.
  • If your current permission is due to expire before the end of your course, we may not be able to complete your enrolment or you may be asked to sign a declaration confirming that you intend to apply for new permission.

   

  If you are an adult learner (aged 19 or over and you do not have an EHCP), you will also need to bring: 

  • Payment method to pay for any fees due (we do not accept cheques).
  • If you are on benefits, we will need to see a full Universal Credit statement or evidence of JSA or ESA dated within three months of the course start date.
  • If you are unemployed, but not on a benefit and have no/low income, please bring evidence to demonstrate this, for example, a bank statement or ‘no recourse to public funds’ evidence.
  • If you live in a London postcode area and earn less than £28,860, or you live elsewhere and earn less than £26,800, please bring your wage slips for the previous three months.  If these are unavailable, we will also accept your employment contract, your most recent P60 or, if you are self-employed, your most recent SA302 tax calculation.

   

  If you don’t bring the relevant documents, we may not be able to complete your enrolment.  Note that your attendance record is useful information so that we can make sure you get the support you need for success, it will not be a barrier to your enrolment.

  If you have any criminal convictions, spent or unspent, you will need to talk to the Safeguarding Team before you enrol.

• What happens on the day?

  When you enrol, you will be asked to follow several steps to ensure you enrol in the right course and have everything you need to start your studies successfully.

  This can take up to a couple of hours, but may be longer during peak periods and if you require initial English and/or math assessments.

• Where to enrol

  • For courses at Orpington Campus, our University Centre or Bromley Campus, enrolment takes place at our Bromley Campus
  • For courses at Greenwich Campus or Greenwich Park Centre, enrolment takes place at our Greenwich Campus
  • For courses at Bexley or Holly Hill Campuses, enrolment takes place at our Bexley Campus

  Friday	21 August	9am - 4pm
  Saturday	22 August	9am - 12.30pm
  Monday	24 August	9am - 6.30pm
  Tuesday	25 August	9am - 6.30pm
  Wednesday	26 August	9am - 6.30pm
  Thursday	27 August	9am - 6.30pm
  Friday	28 August	9am - 4pm

Enrolment can take up to a couple of hours, but may be longer during peak periods and if you require initial English and/or math assessments.

Please let staff know when you arrive to enrol if you have any additional support needs. Dedicated staff will be available to provide further advice and assistance.
