Dawn has been in the education sector for 23 years. Her dedication and commitment to education has made a positive impact on the lives of others.

During her time in education, she has had the opportunity to work in various roles and settings. Her drive for excellence and continuous learning propelled her to take on various management positions, including Head of Hair and Beauty, Head of Maths and English, Director and now Assistant Principal Study Programmes.

Before venturing into the education sector, Dawn’s career was within the Hair, barbering and the Beauty industry, where she ran her own successful business; she also worked for an awarding body where she produced teaching, learning and assessment materials for learners. She also wrote a book for them.
