V Levels New for 2027

V Levels are exciting vocational qualifications designed to help you develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to progress to higher-level study, an apprenticeship or employment. We offer V Levels in Accounting and Finance, Digital Systems and Data, and Education, providing clear pathways into some of today’s most in-demand industries. 

Ideal if you are looking for a full-time study programme, V Levels combine classroom learning with practical, career-focused experiences. Most courses are taught over a minimum of three days a week and provide a structured timetable that supports both academic achievement and personal development.

You’ll learn through a combination of coursework, projects, practical activities and examinations. This balanced approach allows you to demonstrate your knowledge in different ways while developing the study skills needed for future success. 

A key part of the V Level experience is developing real-world employability skills. Depending on your chosen pathway, you will be expected to take part in work-related learning activities, employer workshops and work experience opportunities that help you understand your chosen industry and prepare for future employment.

Choose from Four V Level Pathways

We offer four V Level study options. Three pathways combine a V Level with a complementary Level 3 qualification, while a fourth option allows you to study three V Levels together.

• Accounting and Finance

  Accounting and Finance V Level plus a Level 3 in either Business or Computing
  Develop an understanding of business, finance and accounting while building the analytical and professional skills needed for careers in banking, financial services and business management. 

• Digital Systems and Data

  Digital Systems and Data V Level plus a Level 3 course in Business, Computing or  Digital Games Production
  Explore technology, data, cyber security and digital systems, gaining valuable skills for a sector that continues to grow and evolve. 

• Education

  Education V Level - Level 3 course in Health and Social Care, Children’s Play, Learning and Development or Sport (Coaching pathway)
  Discover the principles of teaching, learning and child development, preparing you for progression into education, early years and support roles. 

• Triple V Level

  Triple V Level Pathway Study Accounting and Finance, Digital Systems and Data, and Education
  Gain a broad range of knowledge and transferable skills across business, technology and education, keeping your future progression options as wide as possible.
