Assistant Principal High Needs and Foundation Learning

Roseanna leads provision for learners with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and additional learning needs across multiple campuses, including three specialist departments in Bexley, Bromley and Lambeth.

Roseanna holds a BSc in Psychology in Education, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and the National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL). She has worked in SEND education for over 16 years, specialising in autism education and inclusive practice. 

Nationally, Roseanna has contributed to SEND education and curriculum development and has worked alongside leading practitioners across the country to develop and share outstanding teaching, learning and assessment practice. In addition, Roseanna serves as a Trustee at a visual arts charity for learning disabled artists.

Roseanna is passionate about ensuring that all learners with SEND and additional needs achieve meaningful, high-quality life outcomes. She is a creative and solution-focused leader, she champions ambitious, person-centred approaches that raise aspirations and expand opportunities for every learner.
