What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Greet visitors and answer calls.
  • Manage the general college inbox.
  • Update records on IT databases.
  • Manage attendance of learners.
  • Organise the Director's meeting diary.
  • Book prospective learner interviews.
  • Audit and maintain student files.
  • Prepare rooms for campus meetings.
  • Process student funding applications.
  • Update notice boards and socials.
  • Support employer engagement activities.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • 6 hours per week of off-the-job training.
  • Delivered in partnership with London South East College.
  • Training takes place directly at the workplace alongside scheduled sessions at college.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Upon completing your apprenticeship, you can advance into:

  • Senior Administrator roles.
  • Business Development pathways.
  • Management and leadership tracks.
