This is a varied role that will give the apprentice experience across many different areas, including recruitment, HR admin, labour approvals, invoice checking, customer service, social media, marketing support, emails, phone calls and general business administration.

What will the apprentice be doing?
On a typical day, the Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice will support a wide range of tasks across the business, including:
- Responding to emails, phone calls and customer queries in a professional and helpful manner
- Supporting recruitment by posting job adverts, contacting candidates, arranging interviews and helping with onboarding paperwork
- Helping with labour approvals, rota checks and general staffing administration
- Checking invoices against orders, deliveries and internal records to make sure information is accurate
- Updating spreadsheets, trackers and business records to help managers monitor performance, labour, stock, recruitment and store standards
- Supporting social media and marketing tasks, including helping create content, planning posts and promoting the B Kitchen brand
- Communicating with store teams, managers, suppliers and Tesco contacts to help keep daily operations running smoothly
- Preparing documents, forms, reports and general admin for different areas of the business
- Assisting with customer feedback, complaints or enquiries and making sure they are passed to the right person when needed
- Helping managers with day-to-day business tasks, problem solving and follow-up actions
- Spending time in store to understand how the business operates, supporting with food counters, customer service, replenishment, cleaning and basic store standards
- Learning how different parts of the business work together, including recruitment, operations, finance, marketing, customer service and store management
- Taking on more responsibility over time, with the aim of developing strong business administration skills and a clear understanding of how a growing company is run
