We are seeking a reliable & motivated Apprentice Bricklayer for a live residential development delivered for HILL at Milton Place, Gravesend. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in traditional masonry construction, working on both brickwork and blockwork. We are looking for someone to develop and retain long-term.

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Laying bricks and blocks under supervision to project specifications
  • Mixing mortar and preparing work areas, materials, and tools on site
  • Assisting with pointing, jointing, and checking walls for level and plumb
  • Adhering strictly to site health and safety standards

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Bricklayer Level 2
  • Training will take place at Holly Hill Campus or MidKent College once a week

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

We are looking for someone to develop and retain long-term across future company projects.

£16,640 to £26,436.80 a year
